This policy applies to all global orders, and all refunds will be processed via the original third-party payment institution to the payment account used for the order.
1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, with original packaging intact and suitable for resale.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, personalized customized products, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return & Refund Process
For quality problems, wrong shipments, or damaged goods, contact customer service within 7 days with valid proof. We will bear the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or free replacement.
For non-quality reasons, the buyer shall bear the return shipping cost, and we will issue a refund excluding the original shipping fee after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the returned items are verified. The actual refund arrival time depends on the processing speed of the third-party payment institution.
4. Order Cancellation
Unshipped orders can be cancelled for a full refund. For shipped orders, cancellation is not possible, and you need to follow the return process after receiving the goods.
